Returns & Exchanges Policy – GlowryEssentials

Our Returns & Exchanges Policy is designed to provide you with complete confidence when purchasing from GlowryEssentials.
All our products include a warranty against manufacturing defects.
We also offer exchanges for items that arrive different from what was originally ordered.


If you receive a product with a manufacturing defect or different from your order:

If more than 7 working days have passed since delivery and the product presents a fault or defect, please contact us with the following information:

  • Full name and CPF

  • Order number

  • Product to be returned

  • Description of the defect

Once we receive your request, it will be forwarded to our Quality Control department for analysis. An exchange will only be authorised after this evaluation.
After the analysis, we will contact you with the outcome and instructions.
The deadline for requesting an exchange for this reason is up to 90 days from the date of delivery.
Please note: we cannot offer exchanges or refunds after this period.


If a defect is confirmed, you may choose one of the following options:

  • Receive a full refund of the amount paid

  • Receive a replacement of the same product

  • Receive another product of similar value

  • Receive a voucher equal to the product’s value to use on future purchases


Right to Cancel (UK/EU Online Purchases)

In accordance with consumer protection regulations, requests for order cancellation must be made within 7 days from the date of delivery.

For card payments, our finance department has up to 7 working days to process the refund request with the card operator.
Depending on the operator and billing cycle, the credit may take up to 120 days to appear on your statement.

If the refund must be made via bank transfer, it will be processed within 10 working days after quality inspection, and can only be issued to a bank account registered under the same CPF used at checkout.


Important Notes

  • Products returned without prior communication, outside the established timeframe, missing items, or without original packaging/tags will be sent back to the customer.

  • The same applies to exchanges rejected after Quality Control analysis. In these cases, items will be returned via Royal Mail or equivalent service, and postage fees must be covered by the customer.

  • GlowryEssentials is not responsible for postage costs associated with returns for refunds, chargebacks, or exchanges. These costs are the responsibility of the customer.
