The estimated delivery timeframe is 10 to 25 working days, depending on your location and the dispatch origin.

If your parcel experiences delays due to customs processing, please note that the time it remains under customs review is not included in the delivery estimate.

We carefully select suppliers who offer not only excellent quality and competitive pricing, but also efficient dispatch times.

If your order exceeds the estimated delivery window, we recommend checking with Royal Mail or your local postal service for updates on the delay.
If the postal service confirms they are not currently handling your parcel, please contact us immediately so we can carry out an investigation with our logistics partners.

Should we confirm any issue or loss within the logistics chain, we will issue a full refund for your purchase once the verification process is completed.

Your tracking number will be sent to you via email within 5 to 10 working days after your order has been confirmed.

For orders paid via bank transfer or other payment methods that require manual confirmation, please allow up to 5 working days for the payment to clear before dispatch processing begins.
